Job description
- Create static visual content for social media, including posts, stories, carousels, campaign visuals and other digital formats
- Develop visual concepts and creative directions for social media content plans and campaigns
- Design digital advertising materials, banners and other campaign assets
- Design print materials (posters, flyers, brochures, event materials and other promo assets)
- Develop brand identities and visual guidelines, including logos, typography, color systems and supporting brand elements
- Prepare design materials for print and digital production
- Create layouts and visual solutions for websites and landing pages in Figma
- Apply UX/UI principles when designing web interfaces and digital experiences
- Create wireframes and prototypes for web projects when needed
- Collaborate with social media managers, copywriters, developers and project managers to deliver creative solutions
- Present design concepts and creative solutions internally and to clients
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelinesÂ
- Stay up-to-date with design, social media and digital trends, tools and best practices
Expertise we need
- Graphic design skills and a well-developed sense of composition, typography, color and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing content for social media and digital campaigns
- Experience with print design and preparing files for production
- Understanding of branding and the ability to develop and apply visual identities
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in Figma
- Good understanding of UX/UI and responsive web design principles
- Ability to translate briefs and creative concepts into functional designs
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work with different brands, visual styles and target audiences
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate feedback, changing priorities and deadlines
- Team player who can collaborate with social media managers, copywriters, developers, project managers and clients
