Job description
- Create, manage and oversee social media content on all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, LinkedIn,…)
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Create weekly posting plans for various clients
- Copywriting for various marketing forms – social media posts, videos, newsletters, websites, advertisements etc.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Oversee social media accounts’ design
- Collaborate with other teams such as Web Development, Design and Performance in order to ensure brand consistency
Qualifications and skills
- Hands on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Understanding of graphic design principles
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Very good English proficiency in writing and speaking
