Job description
- Communication with existing and potential clients
- Leading cooperation and building, nurturing and improving relationships with existing clients
- Proactive approach to clients with the aim of additional sales of complementary services
- Recognizing the needs of clients and adequately reacting to them
- Arranging and negotiating terms of cooperation with existing and potential clients
- Holding meetings with clients
- Planning, monitoring, and coordinating campaigns and other marketing projects
- Working on projects from the field of digital marketing – social media management, content creation and writing, Performance marketing campaigns, e-mail marketing, production, design, creative concepts, etc.
- Holding internal meetings with Content & Creative, Performance & Growth and Production team
- Onboarding of the above-mentioned teams through the creation of comprehensive and clear briefs (communicating all relevant information to team members necessary for the successful implementation of the campaign and the achievement of goals)
- Active involvement in the work of the mentioned teams to ensure the desired level of quality and compliance with deadlines
- Creation and preparation of offers and presentations for potential campaigns and projects
- Cooperation with the Office Manager in creating invoices for campaigns and projects
- Participation in event organization activities
- Communication with external partners to implement planned activities
- Creation of internal reports to monitor cooperation with clients
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign results and goals
Qualifications and skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same or similar positions
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
- Strong skills in identifying sales opportunities, strong sales skills, and negotiation skills
- The tendency to notice potential challenges and the skills and timely and appropriate problem-solving, depending on the situation
- Excellent organizational skills and great ability to work with a large number of diverse clients
- Proactivity in proposing ideas and spotting opportunities to create additional value for the client
